What is a frozen peach bellini made of?
To make this raspberry peach Bellini recipe, you’ll need just four ingredients; frozen raspberries, frozen peaches, peach schnapps, and a bottle of champagne, prosecco, Moscato or any type of sparkling wine.
Keep the fruit frozen and the liqueur and champagne chilled until ready to blend. This will ensure you get an icy cold co*cktail.
What alcohol is in a Bellini?
Bellini recipes vary, but often include a sparkling wine, champagne or prosecco, and a flavored liquor, like schnapps or vodka.
How do I make a frozen peach bellini?
This simple Bellini recipe comes together as quick, by adding all of your ingredients to the blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth and slushy.
Once you’ve pureed the fruit, liquor and champagne, pour into wine or champagne glasses. You’ll have enough for four large co*cktails.
After pouring the fruit puree into the glasses, top off the co*cktails with the remaining champagne. The perfect way to add a little extra sparkle and fizz to your frozen peach bellini!
As for the champagne, just add half of the bottle. Reserve the remaining half to top off the co*cktails just before serving.

Best garnishes for a raspberry peach bellini
Add some fresh peach slices and fresh raspberries to co*cktail skewers or toothpicks, and add to the top of the co*cktails. It’s a lovely way to add some extra color to these already fruity frozen drinks.
Serve and enjoy right away. You’ll want the co*cktails to be as cold and slushy as possible.
Pro Tip: Place your serving glasses in the freezer a few hours before serving your drink. When ready to serve, pour into the icy cold glass to keep the drinks extra cold.
What is the difference between a Bellini and a mimosa?
A Bellini is pureed with frozen fruit, champagne and liqueur and a mimosa is simply orange juice (or another fruit juice) combined with champagne.
