The place is not bad just don’t come before your time. Usually the process takes 2 hour to four hours so anywhere from 2 to 4.

The front desk receptionist is rude and very slow. There is no accountability in this facility as the employees take long breaks and refuse to communicate with the driver. Let me tell you how frustrating it is to have watermelons on the truck and take 7hrs to offload a perfectly loaded truck with a clean bill. And as a owner operator it's hard to find a load. So that two day trip for 2800 lost me day so I lost 1250 for that day of Walmarts irresponsible mishaps. This facility clearly shows they do not care about the driver and as I was walking into the building the three gentlemen in the receiver office was complaining. Then to pick up my paperwork a whole new set of drivers was complaining. The receptionist was passive aggressive and very condescending. Will do my best to avoid this DC. This is by far one of the worst. New manager is for sure needed to shake things up.

Not a bad place. Workers are nice and friendly. Did not take long to unload just don't show up too early. Afternoon appointments on dry goods start unloading at 3.00 p.m. I arrived at 12.30 was turned around and told to come back at 2.00 p.m. Went to a hole-in-the-wall truck stop a mile up the road. But that's another story for another review.

Quick unload tonight folks. 0230 7/19 appt. Arv 0134. Straight to door. Called for paperwork at 0303. Receiving office gentleman was efficient and friendly! I rated three stars because of the level of disrespect displayed by AP on the way out. Pulled up to stop sign, waited on the one employee at the gate to check rear of trailer and hand of trailer control record. Eventually the employee came back but not before berating me for not pulling forward and how apparently my wheels work better than his feet. Nothing nor anyone indicated to pull forward of the stop sign or stop bar. If you want me to do something other than indicated just ask, don’t berate me for doing the safe and standard procedure set out by your employer.

I'm sure this would've been totally impossible to restack instead of refusing it outright, 100%. Totally. I communicated the issue and they had me back in anyways, just to tell me to get it restacked and re-schedule the appointment. I would've done it myself if this pre-load wasn't at the edge of the trailer and I didn't risk falling. Guess this is what to expect from these people. Overpaid and still lazy.

Old lady in the office on the cold receiving side really hates her job and spends the entire time griping. Terrible attitude.Either fire her or get her the help that she so desperately cries for.Security was nice and quick. There's room for the doors (it's walmart, duh). No overnight parking. Your "check-in" time is when the old crabby woman gets your paperwork, not when you get through the gate or bump the dock, so be mindful of when you show up.Nobody really likes Walmart for a good reason.I'm in the door now, so I'll let you know what my unload time is. So far, the 2-star is because the guard shack folks seem cool and competent. I don't think the rest of the ppl here are.

3hrs not locked in. 5hrs finally green light. Probably be 7 hrs by the time I get paperwork. No respect for drivers time. Thanks to walmart I lost my next load. Haven't seen my family in 4 weeks and now can't go home. If we are late for appointment we have to reschedule. Walmart late the give us a few measly dollars that don't cover the time or losses we incurred.

apt time was at 0430. arrived at 0330. gaurd shack gave me a door right away. went to that door and it had a trailer in it (thats normal here). got to reciving at 0345 where there were 7 drivers in front of me, each having the same issue. got to the window at 0425. COME EARLY as their check in time is when you get to the check in window. door became available at 0445. got a call at 0630 to come get paperwork. out the gate by 0645. definitley need to stop over booking and needs new updated check in procedures. people were all nice ad respectful which is where the 2 stars came in

The current general manager, Jill L. , caused the downfall of our small family owned business. Despite our unwavering dedication of six years, serving meals to employees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner twice a day, for eight hours in the morning and six hours at night, seven days a week, 364 days a year, my father passed away due to his immense commitment while he continuedto work throughoutthe pandemic. It is disheartening to witness such heartlessness from someone in a position of power. This incident only reinforces my belief that she is unfit for her role. She displayed a lack of care and acted in bad faith, causing us to waste both time and money. We were led to believe that we would continue serving the employees of distribution center 7015, only to discover that she was merely passing time until the new vending machines were installed. This resulted in a significant loss for us, as if losing a family member wasn't enough. Additionally, I had a baby during this time. Adding insult to injury, I had completed everything she asked for on time, including obtaining my sales tax permit, duns number, general liability and workman's compensation insurance, and registering my entity with the secretary of state. It is disheartening to have been misled and left without the contract I anticipated. The list of requirements I fulfilled goes on and on. I'm a firm believer in treating people how you want to be treated. I wouldn't recommend any small businesses ever doing bussines with the current general manager @ Walmart distribution 7015.
